What is the service protocol they use for services?

* Coordination prior to performing the service
* Inform when arriving at the starting point of the service
* The driver will get off the unit and allow the service to be executed WITHOUT CONTACT.
* Upon reaching the destination the driver will generate the service report and open the door
* The service will be terminated and the unit cleaning protocol will proceed
